RDSolutions is seeking a Research Associate in Ohio to support data collection at grocery stores with a flexible schedule. You will receive detailed training and control how much you earn based on productivity and your assignments.

The role emphasizes reliability, on-time completion, and the ability to work independently with a smartphone app to access work orders. Candidates must be 18+, possess a valid license, and be able to lift up to 40 pounds.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old and have reliable transportation.

• Smartphone with pricing app access and ability to receive assignments.
• Valid driver's license and insurance.
• Ability to start/finish assignments on time and meet project criteria.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 pounds.
• Willingness to work in cold grocery-store environments.

Requirements:

• At least 18 years of age.

• Smartphone with ability to download company pricing app and collect work assignments.
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, reliable transportation, and valid automobile insurance.
• Reliability to start and finish assignments on time with the detail needed to satisfy the project criteria.
• Ability to stand throughout the work shift and lift up to 40 pounds intermittently.
• Willingness to work in cold temperatures associated with grocery store refrigerator and freezer cases as some projects require collection of items in these store aisles.
