Job summary

RDSolutions is seeking part-time, flexible roles in the Madison area. The position offers a comprehensive initial training program to ensure understanding of expectations and a productivity-based compensation model with a guaranteed minimum and upside as you complete projects.

As a part-time team member, you’ll receive benefits such as 401k with match, identity theft protection, and paid drive time with mileage reimbursement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, reliable transportation, and valid automobile insurance.
• Smartphone with ability to download company pricing app and collect work assignments.
• Reliability to start and finish assignments on time with the detail needed to satisfy the project criteria.
• Ability to stand throughout the work shift and lift up to 40 pounds intermittently.
• Willingness to work in cold temperatures associated with grocery store refrigerator and freezer cases as some projects require collection of items in these store aisles.
