Job summary

RDSolutions is seeking delivery/driver associates in the Ann Arbor, MI area who can work on a flexible, independent schedule. You will accept assignments, drive to stores, and collect items while earning based on productivity with a guaranteed minimum in select areas.

Comprehensive initial training is provided. You control how much you earn and when you work, with reimbursement for drive time and mileage to support your earnings goals.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Smartphone with company pricing app and ability to receive assignments.
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, reliable transportation, and valid auto insurance.
• Reliable to start and finish assignments on time with attention to detail.
• Ability to stand during shift and lift up to 40 pounds intermittently.
• Willingness to work in cold temperatures in grocery store aisles.

Responsibilities

• Choose and accept assignments within client windows.
• Drive to stores, collect items, and complete tasks as assigned.
• Be independent, manage flexible hours, and report progress.
• Maintain accurate records of time and mileage for reimbursements.
