Job summary

RDSolutions is seeking new Field Representatives to collect retail information, merchandise products, and conduct planogram resets. You will record data using a company app, capture pricing and promotions, and transmit results to the corporate office after each project.

Expect opportunities to travel within the United States, work independently or with teammates, and engage with store personnel to meet client needs. A $200 sign-on bonus and comprehensive training are provided.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma, or equivalent.
• Smartphone with ability to download company apps and collect work assignments.
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, reliable transportation, and valid automobile insurance.
• Available at least 32 hours per week, flexible to take on more hours as needed.
• Ability to stand throughout the work shift and lift 40 pounds intermittently.
• Willingness to work in cold temperatures in grocery store refrigerators/freezers.

Responsibilities

• Be assigned projects within your market area.
• Complete projects independently or with a group across the United States.
• Record prescribed product information using the company app.
• Capture item prices, promotions, and photos of merchandising and displays.
• Transmit completed project files to the corporate office for review.
• Conduct demos and interact with store personnel and customers as required.
• Perform planogram/shelf resets at various locations.
