Job summary

Sysco Payroll, a division of Sysco Resources Services, LLC, is seeking a pricing specialist to implement customer pricing and rebate requirements for Street, Bid, and OTH accounts, and to support key pricing activities for LCC and CMU businesses.

The role involves monitoring pricing systems, identifying changes to improve margins, and collaborating with sales, merchandising, and services to resolve pricing issues. Strong attention to detail and 3+ years in accounting/finance are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3 years of progressive experience within accounting, finance, or auditing or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience with contracts and/or auditing
• Detail and deadline-oriented

Responsibilities

• Accurate and timely setup of vendor & customer agreements, including contract load and storage for the USBL Market\SBS to support TRS, BID, and OTH customers
• Accurate and timely setup/maintenance of all Price Rules, Bid Rules, and Validation rules for TRS, BID, and OTH customers within the market including the maintenance of the customer eligibility for those agreements.
• Supports audits and pricing disputes of Master Distribution Agreements, Price Rules, Bid Rules, CPAS and Vendor agreements including verifying margins or markups and frequency. Including ensuring contracts are properly stored and index in Sysco’s Contract Repository (CLM).
• Support exception reporting processes as need to ensure accurate pricing (New account report, New Item report, etc.).
• Work closely with Sysco Business Services, Market Sales Management and Merchandising Departments on issues related to Contracts, Agreements, Rebates, and any pricing issues.
• Engage in such other related activities and special projects as may be required or assigned to support companies within their market.
• Maintain attendance standards as set by the company
