Job summary

ENGIE North America Inc. in Houston seeks a self-motivated pricing intern to learn how dashboards are built from multiple data sources, including pricing and CRM reports.

You will work alongside regional pricing experts to understand cost components and customer usage, gaining hands-on exposure to the energy markets and trading workflows. The internship runs January 11, 2027 to March 28, 2027, part-time (20 hours per week) with a hybrid schedule: three days in the office and two days remote.

Qualifications

• Sophomore status by end of spring semester and pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's in Finance or Data Science.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to think analytically, present ideas professionally, and work in project teams.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the pricing queue for initial and refresh power pricing requests.
• Understand power market fundamentals for a specific region.
• Collaborate with pricing and portfolio managers to forecast power market fundamentals.
• Develop and produce a pricing queue monitoring report to aid in resource allocation.
