Northrop Grumman is currently seeking a Pricing Analyst- Level 1 (Associate) to join our Launch & Missile Defense Systems - Missile Defense Systems team in Huntsville, AL. This position is 100% onsite and cannot accommodate telecommute work. Join the Space revolution and make the impossible possible.
In this job, you will:
Plan and manage proposal efforts.
Compile cost, schedule, and technical elements in the development of proposals in accordance with request for proposal (RFP) specifications, company policies, and Government regulations.
Coordinate with contributors from cross-functional organizations to ensure quality proposals are submitted within customer deadlines.
Work closely with Program Management and Supply Chain Management to ensure supplier quotes comply with requirements.
Research and critically analyze large volumes of data using spreadsheet and data mining skills to isolate and prioritize key data.
Summarize and present detailed proposal information in internal management reviews and customer fact-finding meetings.
Develop negotiation strategies and participate as a member of the contract negotiating team.
Basic Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent with 4+ years of professional experience in proposal, pricing, or financial related experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, nested formulas, macros, data validation), PowerPoint, and Word.
Effective communicator with the ability to lead meetings in person and virtually.
Ability to efficiently collect, compile, and generate reports from large data sets.
Ability to manage timelines and be adaptable to change in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Ability to work under general supervision.

Salary Range: $58,400 - $87,600
