Job summary

Flow Control Group is seeking a Pricing Analyst to support pricing execution and analytics across its brand portfolio. The role focuses on pricing performance, reporting, and data-driven decision support to Revenue Growth & Strategy initiatives.

Responsibilities include price list maintenance, value-based pricing analysis, and collaboration with pricing leadership and cross-functional teams. A strong analytical mindset and proficiency with Excel and BI tools are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field such as Finance, Analytics, Data Science, Economics, Mathematics or Business.
• 1–3 years of pricing, analytics, finance, or sales operations experience.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to summarize findings clearly.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and execute price lists and pricing files across the brand portfolio.
• Assist in implementing and improving value‑based pricing strategies for products.
• Perform pricing, margin, discount, and customer analysis to identify opportunities.
• Prepare recurring and ad hoc pricing reports for brand leaders and sales leadership.
• Build and validate reports and dashboards using Excel, SQL, and Power BI.
