**Position: Pricing Analyst****Reporting to: Pricing Manager****Role & Team:**This is a high impact role for a critical thinker who enjoys applying analytical skills, and innovative thinking to develop, implement, and maintain pricing processes, tools, and strategies in partnership with multiple teams within the organization. You’ll work as part of a team whose work will be wide-ranging, spanning multiple business functions and requiring a multi-disciplinary approach to problem solving and analysis. The position will report to the Pricing Manager, supporting the continued advancement and development of pricing methodologies, providing decisions support for strategic initiatives, implementing actuarial techniques and establishing and maintaining a rate adequacy monitoring process. The pricing team’s day to day involvement throughout the organization helps influence and shape the performance of the business. The primary functions of this role will be to develop rates and factors for new products, monitor product performance, track rate adequacy, and make rate recommendations. This is an ideal role for an individual who is passionate about the use of analytics to influence decisions and can conceptualize new ways of solving problems. The role will need to communicate technical concepts simply and effectively to key stakeholders and see them all the way through to implementation.
