Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• LTL transportation experience helpful but not required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Professional appearance and attitude.

• Keyboarding ability.
• Proficient in Windows programs: Excel, Word, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Process and analyze requests for pricing (RFP) and review with Sales and Pricing Manager.
• Review RFP criteria for new business opportunities.
• Utilize RFP websites as required: BatchMark, Jaggaer, Bid Sense, Keelvar, Coupa, Ti Contract.
• Submit approved proposals, track their status and update the pricing bid document.
• Assist with publication and distribution of awarded business or pricing adjustments.
• Recommend additional volume opportunities that exist through data analysis: API quotes not tendered; Web quotes not tendered; Available volume not awarded in RFP lanes.
• Complete other projects as required.

Position Description

The Pricing Analyst will ensure profitability and improved lane balance through hands‑on management of pricing requests from Account Managers in the field, the customer bid process and the renewal of existing contracts and tariff items. Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 4:00pm.

Responsibilities

• Process and analyze requests for pricing (RFP) and review with Sales and Pricing Manager
• Review RFP criteria for new business opportunities
• Utilize RFP websites as required: BatchMark, Jaggaer, Bid Sense, Keelvar, Coupa, Ti Contract
• Submit approved proposals, track their status and update the pricing bid document
• Assist with publication and distribution of awarded business or pricing adjustments
• Recommend additional volume opportunities that exist through data analysis:
