Job summary

Coloplast is seeking a Pricing Analyst to shape pricing strategies for our US business. You will analyze customer-specific pricing, evaluate contract performance, and provide actionable insights to the sales team and leadership in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

The role requires 2+ years in pricing or business analysis, strong Excel skills, and experience with Power BI. AI tools familiarity is a plus, and the team values accuracy and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of business analysis or pricing, with proven ability to execute complex analyses.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills required.
  • Experience with Power BI and familiarity with AI tools are a plus.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Major Areas of Accountability

  • Competitive Compensation: The compensation range for this position is $70,000 - $90,000. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location. Hired candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses and/or incentives.
