Job summary

Goodwill Industries-Manasota, Inc. is seeking a Pricer to support store operations across our Florida locations.

You will sort donated items, price merchandise, and prep goods for sale while upholding Goodwill’s mission through accurate, efficient workflow. The role emphasizes attention to detail, customer service, and teamwork; you’ll help maintain a clean store floor, meet daily targets, and ensure safe handling of donations, with opportunities for benefits like life insurance and retirement

Qualifications

• Knowledge of clothing, antiques and collectibles preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Must be willing and able to work days, evenings, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Sort donations into saleable, salvage, and trash categories.
• Price merchandise accurately using baseline price guides.
• Stock, rotate, and merchandise products on the sales floor.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Help meet daily production goals for the store.
• Ensure excellent donor and customer service at all times.
• Follow all safety, security, and company policies.
