Job summary

RDSolutions is seeking flexible, independent contractors for a delivery/driver side hustle in Michigan. You control your schedule by choosing hours within client windows and earn by completing assignments using our pricing app.

We provide detailed training to help you maximize efficiency in each store you service. A guaranteed hourly minimum may apply in wage-floor areas, with opportunities to earn more as you gain proficiency.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Smartphone with pricing app.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to stand and lift up to 40 pounds.
• Willingness to work in cold temperatures in store aisles.

Responsibilities

• Receive assignments via app and plan routes.
• Deliver and collect items at stores as assigned.
• Maintain accuracy and meet project criteria.
• Track mileage and driving time for reimbursement.

Requirements:

• At least 18 years of age.

• Smartphone with ability to download company pricing app and collect work assignments.
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, reliable transportation, and valid automobile insurance.
• Reliability to start and finish assignments on time with the detail needed to satisfy the project criteria.
• Ability to stand throughout the work shift and lift up to 40 pounds intermittently.
• Willingness to work in cold temperatures associated with grocery store refrigerator and freezer cases as some projects require collection of items in these store aisles.
