Job summary

RDSolutions is seeking a Field Representative in Merrillville, IN with flexible schedules and no prior experience required. Candidates must be 18+, have a high school diploma or equivalent, and possess a smartphone to access the company pricing app and receive assignments.

A valid drivers license, clean driving record, reliable transportation, and valid auto insurance are required. This part-time role offers a guaranteed minimum with upside as performance improves.

• Ability to stand throughout the work shift and lift up to 40 pounds intermittently.
• Willingness to work in cold temperatures associated with grocery store refrigerator and freezer cases as some projects required collection of items in these store aisles.
