RDSolutions in New Jersey is seeking individuals for flexible delivery/collection work as Research Associates. You choose hours within client windows and earn based on a guaranteed hourly minimum where offered, plus productivity-based pay.

Training is provided to maximize efficiency across stores. The role is ideal for dependable drivers with reliable transportation, a valid license, and ability to lift up to 40 pounds.

• Willingness to work in cold temperatures associated with grocery store refrigerator and freezer cases as some projects require collection of items in these store aisles.
