Job summary

The Kroger Co. Aurora, CO store is seeking an operations-focused individual to maintain pricing documentation accuracy and support store processes.

You will ensure scanning accuracy, manage ad items, and help implement company initiatives across the team. Responsibilities include vendor check-in, store-wide scan testing, documentation upkeep, and flexible scheduling to cover mornings through nights, including weekends and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• Understanding of all key components of department operations (i.e., managing people, merchandising, inventory management, shrink control, customer services, labor scheduling, expense control, etc.).
• Past work record reflects dependability and integrity.
• Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations related to employment practices, OSHA compliance, etc.

Responsibilities

• Check in and test scan all vendors.
• Maintain weekly ad item in scanning file.
• Provide housekeeping in computer room, including checking and cleaning filters, sweeping and mopping computer room floor, checking battery backup systems, and once a month power fail simulation.
• Copy PLU File twice a week.
• Maintain documentation on all retail accounting.
• Test scan entire store every six to eight weeks.
• Maintain Special Report File (A.C. Nielsen, Sami, Special Item Movement Report).
• Demonstrate the ability and desire to promote, communicate and implement company initiatives and process improvements to direct reports in a positive manner.
• Perform any and all duties as assigned.
• Maintain flexibility to work mornings, afternoons, evenings, nights as the work demands; willing and available to work weekends and holidays as needed.
