Qualifications

• Ability to operate a forklift and other equipment such as pumps, scales and dumpsters.
• Ability to perform foundational math equations.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• High school diploma or equivalent and
• Basic computer knowledge in the form of data entry & proficiency in RF scanning.
• Ability to work in dusty environment with strong odors and high noise levels.
• Ability to work with chemicals and cleaning agents.
• Ability to work in warm/hot environments or warehouse conditions.
• Adaptable to overtime on short notice and weekends.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Attention to detail is required.
• PAPR/ Respirator use required.

Responsibilities

• Pull and stage raw materials according to batch specifications.
• Coordinate between production and warehouse on variances.
• Return remaining raw materials after Pre-weighs.
• Follow production cards and daily schedule.
• Keep accurate production records in SAP and reporting.
• Inspect materials, in-process and finished goods for weight and labeling.
• Coordinate with supervisors on scheduling variances and improvements.
• Maintain sanitation, housekeeping, and safety procedures.
• Support equipment upkeep and resolve breakdowns.
• Operate Fork Truck safely and participate in meetings.
• Contribute to Continuous Improvement initiatives.
• Other duties as assigned.
