ALL Crane Rental of Georgia, Inc. seeks a Preventive Maintenance Technician - Lube Truck in Austell, GA, to perform off-site lubrication and preventive maintenance on mobile cranes. This full-time, non-exempt role includes a $300 sign-on bonus after 100 days and comprehensive benefits.

The position requires safe operation near moving machinery, ability to work in varied temperatures, independence, and readiness to perform related crane tasks. CDL with MVR is a plus.

Qualifications

• CDL with an acceptable MVR preferred
• Ability to work safely around moving machinery
• Ability to work in conditions with marked temperature/humidity changes
• Strong initiative; work independently with minimal supervision
• May perform crane assembly/disassembly and rigging as needed
• Able to lift 50 lbs

Responsibilities

• Performs off site lubrication, service, and preventative maintenance on mobile cranes
• Performs minor mechanical field repairs on equipment
• Inspections to identify maintenance needs and ensure reliability and safety
• Change fluids, filters, and lubricants per manufacturer specs
• Maintain service records and assist with equipment readiness for rental
• Work with technicians and management to minimize downtime and maximize fleet availability
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance; prepare documentation of actions taken
• Other duties as assigned

Position Summary

ALL Crane Rental of Georgia, located in Austell is seeking a Preventive Maintenance Technician - Lube Truck to provide off site lubrication, and preventative maintenance work on mobile cranes. This is a full-time, non-exempt position with comprehensive benefits eligible for a Candidate Sign-On Bonus of $300 payable after 100 days of continuous, successful employment.

Essential Functions

• Performs off site lubrication, service, and preventative maintenance work on mobile cranes
• Performs minor mechanical field repairs on equipment
• Conducted inspections to identify maintenance needs and ensure equipment reliability and safety
• Change fluids, filters, and lubricants according to manufacturer specifications
• Maintain accurate service records and assisted with equipment readiness for customer rental
• Work closely with technicians and management to minimize downtime and maximize fleet
• Maintain conformity to safety requirements and other regulations
• Prepare proper documentation of actions taken
• Other duties as assigned

Skills and Experience Requirements

• A CDL with an acceptable MVR is a plus
