Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Skilled trade degree (Electrician/Industrial Mechanic) strongly preferred.
• At least 2 years of related experience in equipment maintenance or industrial machinery.
• Ability to interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive maintenance on electrical and mechanical production equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
• Evaluate equipment functionality, safety, and productivity per established protocols.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot complex equipment issues, performing timely repairs or component replacements.
• Read and interpret schematic diagrams, blueprints, and technical drawings to resolve challenges.
• Plan and execute unpacking, assembly, installation, or dismantling of machinery with precise alignment.
• Operate and manage tools and heavy equipment (forklifts, aerial lifts, hoists, cranes) to move machinery.
• Perform welding, fabrication, or calibration tasks as required to maintain equipment functionality.
• Document maintenance activities and repairs in the tracking system.
• Follow safety requirements and regulations to maintain a safe work environment.
• Collaborate with Equipment Engineer and team to meet production goals.
• Take on additional responsibilities to support equipment and production needs.
