Job summary

Niagara Bottling is seeking a PM Mechanic to perform preventative and predictive maintenance on facility machinery at our Allentown area plant. You will troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems using schematics, repair equipment and conveyors, and document parts usage daily.

Qualified candidates have 2+ years in a manufacturing setting, familiarity with CMMS and HMI systems, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. We value safe work practices and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include 2 years in field or similar manufacturing environment.
• 2 years of experience in the position with no mandatory people management required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift.
• Experience with CMMS, HMIis, and basic MS Office tools (Word/Excel/Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on facility machinery.
• Troubleshoot mechanical/electrical/pneumatic systems using schematics and drawings.
• Repair equipment, fixtures, conveyors and related systems as needed.
• Lubricate, diagnose, and operate equipment.
• Work independently and with others to complete repairs safely and timely.
• Document parts usage and daily paperwork; maintain clean work area.
