Job summary

CR&R Incorporated is seeking motivated Preventive Maintenance Mechanics to support our fleet maintenance operations. In this role, you will perform preventive maintenance and assist with repairs on heavy‑duty diesel trucks and refuse equipment used throughout our operations.

This is an excellent opportunity to grow experience in diesel maintenance with an experienced fleet team in a stable and growing industry. The pay rate is $19.00 per hour, with schedules Mon–Fri and alternating weekends.

Qualifications

• Diesel maintenance or heavy equipment experience preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and commitment to safety.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on diesel-powered trucks and equipment
• Assist with repairs on brake, hydraulic, electrical, and CNG systems
• Help diagnose mechanical and operational issues
• Complete inspections and maintenance documentation
• Support shop safety and fleet reliability initiatives
