Primary Health Solutions in Ohio is seeking a qualified Dental Hygienist to provide direct oral hygiene services and preventive care for patients at the center. The Registered Dental Hygienist will also educate individuals and groups on oral health maintenance and disease prevention.

The position is full-time and exempt, with schedule Monday through Thursday 8am-5pm and Friday 8am-2pm. The ideal candidate will have an Ohio license, BLS certification, and the ability to collaborate with the

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited dental hygiene program.
• Ability to maintain clinical privileges and CPR certification.
• BLS/CPR certification required.

Responsabilités

• Provide dental prophylaxis, scaling, sealant and fluoride applications.
• Record patient hygiene data and maintain dental records.
• Educate patients on oral health and preventive care.
• Collaborate with dentists and other health professionals.
• Adhere to infection control and center policies.
• Travel as needed to meet operational needs.
