Job description

In addition to the above position summary, participating in thefollowing Essential Duties and Responsibilities are vital for successful performance,ethical principles, and overall quality of the Prevention programs.

  1. Completion of monthly reports and other documentation related to the progress of participants in the program
  2. Promoting and utilizing a research-based curriculum as designated by the program contract for youth and/or families
  3. Presenting, facilitating, and co-facilitating various group, individual, family, and public education presentations
  4. Conducting pre-tests and post-tests on all participants as designated by the program contract
  5. Adheresto and promotes the Phoenix House Mission, Vision, and Values while acting as arole model for others
  6. Otherduties as assigned
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/CREDENTIALS
  • Hold or are working towards a degree in education, social work, or related field
  • Must maintain a valid drivers' license
