Responsibilities

• Provide coverage for Jake's Place during business and non-business hours, interacting directly with clients of Jake's Place.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED.

• Pay scale and requirements by grade:
  • Pay Grade KK — Entry level Resident Attendant: High school diploma with ability to participate in training and certification related to treatment of Substance Use Disorders.
  • Pay Grade LL — Counselor Technician Resident Attendant: High school diploma and certification as a Counselor Technician in the State of Alaska.
  • Pay Grade M — Counselor I Resident Attendant: High school diploma and certification as a Counselor I in the State of Alaska.
  • Pay Grade MM — Counselor II Resident Attendant: High school diploma and certification as a Counselor II in the State of Alaska.
  • Pay Grade N — Advanced Counselor Resident Attendant: BA/BS in Addictions Counseling, Psychology or Social Work or closely related field and at least two years of experience in a Substance Use Disorder Program, or MA/MS in related field, or licensure such as LPC, LMFT, LCSW, LHHC.
