Job summary

7-Eleven in Exton, PA is hiring a Preventative Maintenance Technician I to service store equipment and ensure operational uptime. You will respond to work orders, replace simple components, and follow service manuals to keep pumps, HVAC, and fixtures running smoothly.

This role offers a $24.00–$28.00 hourly wage, a sign-on bonus up to $3,000, comprehensive benefits, a 401k, PTO, and opportunities for growth. A valid driver's license and a high school diploma are preferred.

Qualifications

• Leadership and effective communications abilities.
• Project/stretch assignments and facility ownership experience.
• Experience coordinating small teams or tasks is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to work orders for minor repairs to equipment (hoses, nozzles, fuel filters, HVAC filters, etc.), replacing ‘plug and play’ equipment.
• Ordering/manage parts inventory, complete daily reports, and schedule/prioritize assignments to ensure efficiency.
• Read, understand, and follow service manual guidelines.
• Work safely and handle other duties as assigned.
