7-Eleven in Fort Wayne, IN is hiring a Preventative Maintenance Technician I to keep our stores running smoothly. You’ll respond to work orders, perform minor equipment repairs, and ensure Slurpee machines and other store fixtures operate reliably.

This full-time role offers door-to-door pay, guaranteed 40 hours weekly with overtime, and a $3,000 sign-on bonus after 90 days. Benefits begin within 60 days, plus PTO, holidays, 401(k), and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Demonstrated leadership and strong communication skills; ability to take ownership of a facility location.

Responsibilities

• Respond to work orders for minor equipment repairs.
• Order and manage parts inventory; schedule and prioritize assignments.
• Read and follow service manuals and safety guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned to ensure store operations run smoothly.
