Job summary

Sunshine Enterprise USA LLC seeks a Preventative Maintenance Technician to perform scheduled maintenance, inspections, and minor repairs to support the agency’s annual maintenance plan. The role ensures HUD NSPIRE and HQS standards are met and uses tablets to document work orders.

You will handle preventive maintenance tasks, assist with Ready-to-Rent, and document utility readings while maintaining accurate records across properties. This is a full-time seasonal position in Paducah, KY.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year building maintenance, construction or related trade experience.
• Valid driver's license and ability to operate tablets/mobile apps.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance (HVAC filters, safety checks, inspections).
• Conduct semi-skilled maintenance in plumbing, electrical, carpentry and general repairs.
• Identify issues and initiate corrective work orders; document in system.
