Position Summary

We are currently seeking an adventurous and diligent Field Service Maintenance Technician. This role will provide exciting opportunities to work for a multifaceted company in a fast‑paced, growing industry. The role requires traveling to customer facilities; the company provides a vehicle and covers gas expenses.

Job Responsibilities

• Travel to customer sites to install and perform preventative maintenance inspections on machine tool equipment. (Company provided vehicle & gas for travel paid by the company)
• Use online technical documents, how‑to videos and checklists to provide guidance on all maintenance procedures.
• Ensure accurate documentation is completed and submitted to office and customer regarding status of services provided.
• Participate in on‑boarding training in maintenance procedures. Prior CNC experience is a plus, but not required.

• Perform related duties as required.

Job Qualifications and Proficiencies

• Demonstrated ability in mechanical or electrical repair and/or maintenance.
• Ability to read and interpret procedures and how‑to guides.
• Software experience, like Microsoft Office, is a plus; this position requires use of a laptop, smartphone and various software applications.
• Excellent communication skills are a must.
• Must be able to lift 40-50 pounds regularly.
• Reliability is a must.
• Flexible hours and frequent travel and driving throughout a regional territory; you will be dispatched each day from your home, then travel to customer sites to work.

• Strong hand‑eye coordination and fine motor skills required for precise electrical, mechanical, and diagnostic work.
• Ability to work in industrial environments, with exposure to noise, lubricants, coolants, metal chips, and other manufacturing conditions, while consistently wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE).
