Hospitality Ventures Management Group (HVMG) seeks a Preventative Maintenance Engineer to support upkeep and functionality of our property. You will perform routine maintenance, address guest requests, and ensure all systems operate safely and efficiently, PM rooms and handle small repairs.
You’ll monitor equipment such as the AC and boiler and help with upgrades where needed. You will report to the Engineering Supervisor or Chief Engineer.
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Preventative Maintenance Engineer to support the overall upkeep and functionality of our property. This role includes performing routine maintenance, addressing guest requests, and ensuring all systems operate safely and efficiently. The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic, basic knowledge of building systems, and a commitment to providing a safe and well-maintained environment. Candidate will PM rooms and make small repairs, paint touch up and that type of stuff. They also help monitor the equipment, ie AC and the Boiler.
