Job summary

KDC-ONE is seeking a detail-driven PM Coordinator to oversee maintenance planning and scheduling across our site in Ohio. The role focuses on keeping production lines running efficiently through preventive and predictive maintenance, data management, and CMMS optimization.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, maintain repair documentation, and support safety and compliance initiatives while building robust parts/inventory systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• 5+ years of PM planning/scheduling experience.
• Experience in a liquid fill environment is a strong plus.
• Knowledge of GMPs, OSHA safety standards, and plant maintenance principles.
• Experience with SAP, CMMS systems, and work order management.
• Strong planning, organization, and inventory control skills.
• Ability to read technical documents, drawings, and write detailed repair reports.
• Proactive mindset—plans ahead to prevent issues.

What You’ll Be Doing:

What We Need From You:

• 5+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
• 5+ years of PM planning/scheduling experience
• Experience in a liquid fill environment is a strong plus

• Experience with SAP, CMMS systems, and work order management
• Strong skills in planning, organization, and inventory control
• Ability to read technical documents, drawings, and write detailed repair reports
• A proactive mindset—someone who plans ahead to prevent issues, not just fix them
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Physical & Work Environment

• Climate-controlled manufacturing facility
• Combination of desk work and time on the production floor
• Moderate noise levels with active equipment and machinery
• Must be comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs occasionally and wearing required PPE
• Overtime and weekend work as needed to support operations
