Job summary

Waukesha Pearce Industries, LLC is seeking an on-site Maintenance Technician to perform preventative maintenance on construction and mining equipment following manufacturer schedules. You will complete reports and paperwork legibly, ensure all tasks are finished safely and proficiently, and keep the work area clean after each job.

The role requires at least 3 years in a maintenance-related position, mechanical aptitude, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to pass DOT drug/alcohol testing.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a Preventative Maintenance or similar role
• Mechanical aptitude
• DOT drug/alcohol testing required; valid driver’s license per company policy
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds and physically handle routine maintenance tasks

Responsibilities

• Perform Preventative Maintenance on construction type equipment
• Complete service reports, timecards, and related paperwork clearly
• Ensure completion and safe, proficient workmanship on assigned jobs
• Maintain a clean work site after each job
• Utilize offered service schools and training programs
• Perform other duties as assigned

Scope of Work:Perform maintenance, and inspection of the construction and mining equipment, engine or other assets as assigned. Maintenance is to be performed as defined by each manufacture’s recommended schedule.
