Town of Warsaw seeks a qualified individual to manage a pretreatment program. Employee will manage the Industrial Pretreatment Program; research and recommend changes, application, and interpretation of the Town's sewer use ordinance in order to comply with state and federal regulations; setup sampling systems to monitor industrial compliance; determine individual industry permit levels; communicate with industries concerning compliance and noncompliance; inspect industrial sites for compliance; maintain records and analyze program results via Excel and/or database systems; make changes in program to implement changing regulations; perform or coordinate headworks analysis, long term monitoring; complete annual and other reporting as required by regulation; undergo inspections by the NCDEQ for program compliance.
Employee must have a valid drivers license and NC Pretreatment Program Certification. Preferred to have NC Wastewater Collection System Operators Grade III Certification, NC Grade IV WWTP Operators Certificate.
