The role offers flexibility with no weekends or on-call hours, ensuring a lifestyle-friendly approach with competitive compensation. Physicians without venous experience will receive internal training along a designated pathway.

• Open to physicians from Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, and related fields.

About the Role

Qualifications

• Existing venous medicine experience OR training/experience in General Surgery, Vascular Surgery, Cardiology, Anesthesiology, PM&R, Pain Management, Interventional Radiology, Cardiothoracic Surgery
• Open to Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Hospitalist, Emergency Medicine, and other specialties with a strong venous access skillset.
• Physicians without venous medicine experience will be trained internally within the practice along a designated training pathway.

Practice Details

• The group is physician‑owned and physician‑run. The majority of current physicians are Ivy League trained.
• We are lifestyle friendly, minimizing clerical work and documentation burden to improve physician lifestyle.
• We offer flexible schedules, no weekends or on‑call, and competitive compensation with base plus productivity totaling over $550‑600k.

2. California – Thousand Oaks/Oxnard (Established Location)
3. Michigan – Detroit area (New Expansion)
4. Colorado – Denver (New Expansion)
5. Georgia – Atlanta (New Expansion)
6. Arizona – Phoenix and Tucson (New Expansion)

Training for New Expansion Territories (#3–6)

For all new expansion territories we prefer a candidate with vein/vascular experience as the first physician in the door. Alternatively, sharply entrepreneurial entrants will be considered. Candidates must be willing to do 3+ months of training in New York/New Jersey OR California.
