Job summary

Cavallo Point seeks an Esthetician to provide professional skincare services to spa guests and educate them on skin care needs. Candidates must have 600 hours of accredited aesthetics education and a California aesthetics license, plus at least 1 year of hands-on skin care experience.

Weekend/evening/holiday availability is required. Responsibilities include performing facials, maintaining the treatment room, restocking products, completing pre-treatment cards, skin analyses, and promoting

Qualifications

• State of California aesthetics license
• 600 hours of an accredited aesthetics program
• Minimum of 1 year practical experience in all aspects of skin care
• Must be able to pass a practical exam and review
• Must be flexible, with the ability to work some evenings, weekends, and holidays
• 2-3 years of practical experience in all aspects of skin care preferred
• Outside sales training preferred
• Advanced training or certification in esthetic program

Responsibilities

• Provides guests with professional skin care services including facials
• Educates guests about individual skin care needs and sells the appropriate product
• Maintains clean facial room during shift; leaves room clean for next shift
• Restocks products and lines
• Comletes a pre-treatment card for each guest
• Completes a skin analysis on each guest
• Maintains facial equipment and safety of room
• Must be able to sell 15% of service dollars in retail
• Reports inventory needs
• Arrives to work and is clocked in 15 minutes before shift begins and maintains promptness, starting and ending services on time
• Wears proper uniform and is neat and well-groomed
• Consistently clocks in and out as required by policy
• Practices universal health care protocol while dealing with guests and coworkers

Education
