Qualifications

• 2–4 years of hotel maintenance experience.
• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Guest service awareness and professionalism.
• Technical certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced repairs in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Diagnose and resolve guest room and facility issues independently.
• Ensure guest rooms meet brand standards prior to occupancy.
• Perform preventative maintenance across indoor and outdoor hotel areas.
• Maintain and repair exterior systems including lighting, irrigation, courtyards, and pool equipment.
• Assist with pool operations including filtration pumps and safety equipment.
• Respond to urgent maintenance requests and emergencies.
• Repair or replace fixtures, appliances, furniture, and building components.
• Conduct routine inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and outdoor facilities.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and front desk for room readiness.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of engineering workspaces.
• Support energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives.
