You will support the Sales Manager, participate in in-store events, provide exceptional guest service, and stay current with trends. Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred; cosmetology/esthetician license where required by state law.
• 1 year of relevant work experience preferred.
• Demonstrates passion for prestige products, guest service, and selling.
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships and work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding store goals for prestige sales and guest loyalty.
• Provide exceptional guest service, greet and engage guests, and inform them of promotions and services.
• Conduct makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales.
• Book appointments and support in-store services and events to enhance guest experience.
• Maintain store standards and stay informed about industry trends and products.

Education
