Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies is seeking a dynamic Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in the daily operations of the store. You will provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service to help achieve sales and service targets.

You will handle cash reconciliation, opening and closing the store on a rota, and contribute to a welcoming, high-standard retail environment. This role is a stepping stone to a long-term career with a prestige beauty leader.

Qualifications

• Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics.
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
• Desirable experience in retail operations including cash reconciliation and opening/closing the store.
• Experience supervising and mentoring staff to achieve sales and service targets.
• Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and events.
• Experience with retail POS software.
• Applicants must have right to live and work in the country for interview.

Responsibilities
