The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking a highly skilled in-store advisor to provide a welcoming, inspirational, and personalized beauty experience. You will educate customers and contribute to high standards of visual merchandising and in-store events.

In partnership with a high-performing team, you will deliver product demonstrations, support promotions, and ensure exceptional customer experiences in a prestige beauty environment.

Qualifications

• Experience providing inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
• Availability to work flexible retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events.
• Ability to provide proof of legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Previous retail or beauty industry experience (preferred).
• Familiarity with retail sales environment and customer-facing service execution (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized, high-quality customer service and beauty consultations.
• Execute visual merchandising displays and maintain presentation standards.
• Support and execute in-store promotional events and product demonstrations.
• Maintain active knowledge of brand product offerings, features, and application techniques.
• Collaborate with store staff to ensure smooth floor operations and optimal customer experience during scheduled shifts.
