The Estée Lauder Companies is seeking a highly skilled advisor to deliver a welcoming, inspirational in-store experience by combining creativity and technical expertise to educate and delight customers.

In partnership with a high-performing team, you will support in-store events, maintain presentation standards, and stay current on brand offerings while contributing to a dynamic, fast-paced retail environment with opportunities for development.

Qualifications

Inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service experience.
Ability to work flexible retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and events.
Evidence of legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

Deliver personalized, high-quality customer service and beauty consultations to in-store customers.
Execute visual merchandising displays and maintain presentation standards across the retail floor.
Support and execute in-store promotional events and product demonstrations to drive customer engagement.
Maintain active knowledge of brand product offerings, features, and application techniques to effectively educate customers.
Collaborate with store staff and team members to ensure smooth floor operations and optimal customer experience during scheduled shifts.
