Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking a dynamic freelance sales associate to deliver a welcoming, inspirational, and personalized in-store experience through makeup artistry and skincare consultations.

You will work with a high-performing team to host in-store events and ensure the store stands out with premium visual merchandising, while training and developing your skills in prestige beauty. Certification in makeup artistry is desirable, but beginners welcome; opportunities for growth,

Qualifications

• Retail experience welcome; able to demonstrate high level of creative and technical expertise.
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
• Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and events in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
• Applicants must be able to provide proof of right to live and work in the country if invited to attend for interview.
