The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking an in-store beauty advisor to deliver personalized consultations and drive brand presentation at our retail locations. This freelance role is recruited by Randstad Sourceright and focuses on delivering exceptional customer experiences in prestige beauty.

You will partner with a high-performing team to execute events, educate customers on product offerings, and maintain high standards of visual merchandising to stand out against competitors.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering inspirational, personalized customer service in a retail setting.
• Ability to work flexible retail hours including days, nights, weekends and events.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States at hire/interview.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized beauty consultations to in-store customers.
• Execute visual merchandising displays and maintain presentation standards on the floor.
• Support and lead in-store promotional events and product demonstrations.
• Maintain knowledge of brand products and application techniques to educate customers.
• Collaborate with store staff to ensure smooth floor operations during shifts.
