Job summary

Ulta Beauty in Logan, Utah is seeking a Prestige Beauty Advisor to maximize sales in the prestige category by engaging guests to determine their needs and guiding selections of color cosmetics, skincare, and fragrance.

You will support the Sales Manager, deliver exceptional guest service, perform makeup applications and product demonstrations, and help run in-store events and promotions to create an unforgettable guest experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred
• Cosmetology, esthetician or demonstrator's license required by state law
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent education preferred

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding store goals in prestige category and brands
• Provide exceptional guest service by greeting and engaging guests, recommending products, and informing them of promotions
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations
• Book appointments and support in-store events to deliver an exceptional guest experience
• Stay informed on beauty trends and ingredients to better serve guests
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance
