Job summary

MSNW is seeking a skilled, positive, and professional pressure washing technician to service commercial facilities in the Northwest. You will operate hot-water pressure washers, flat-surface cleaners, and high-pressure hoses, while managing time and safety on site.

The role requires at least 1 year of pressure washing experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lead and train others. Expect early starts and a 35–40 hour week with potential night shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of pressure washing experience.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to lead others in the field and train staff on proper cleaning techniques.
• Must be able to pass company background check screening and city government requirements.

Responsibilities

• Operate commercial pressure washing equipment.
• Manage time efficiently to complete designated properties safely within the project timeframe.
• Apply detergents, degreasers, and chemical treatments to break down heavy oil, gum, and grease.
• Drive company vehicles to transport trailers and equipment to job sites.
• Manage water runoff by following environmental regulations and using reclamation systems when required.
• Perform routine maintenance on pumps, hoses, and spray guns to ensure peak performance.
• Maintain equipment cleanliness and report worn/broken items to supervisor.
• Secure building and assets after completion; assist in maintaining customer relations.
