Rolling Suds, Inc. is hiring a dependable technician in Miami to perform residential and commercial pressure washing, window cleaning, and surface treatments. Training is provided, and no prior experience is required.

The role involves driving a 16-foot box truck after training, with early starts and occasional weekend work. Compensation ranges from $17 to $22 per hour, with benefits including paid training, uniform and PPE, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Requires a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Willingness and ability to drive a 16-ft box truck after training.
• Punctuality, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic.
• Team-first attitude with ability to work independently.
• Willingness to learn new equipment and cleaning methods.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Pressure wash residential and commercial surfaces including sidewalks, driveways, and storefronts.
• Operate pressure washers and cleaning equipment safely.
• Clean windows using water-fed pole systems and squeegees.
• Perform post-construction cleaning and floor/panel care as needed.
• Drive and inspect the company box truck, load and unload equipment safely.
• Set up, break down, and maintain equipment and truck cleanliness.
• Document jobs and take before/after photos.
• Protect customer property and report safety concerns or extra service opportunities.
