Flow State Pressure Washing in Sussex County is building an elite team for the 2026 season. We’re looking for hungry self-starters who want more than just a paycheck, to work hard, master real skills, earn more, and become leaders.

Your daily tasks include pressure washing, soft washing, cleaning windows, roofs, and gutters, working on ladders and roofs, operating equipment, and delivering a 5-star customer experience. Starting pay is $20–$28 per hour with paid training and weekly pay.
