Job summary

Goodwill Southwest Florida is seeking a Pressure Washing Crew Lead to supervise exterior cleaning operations across multiple sites. Under the Contracts Services Manager, you will operate and maintain equipment, transport crew and gear, and set up each job while ensuring safety and quality standards are met.

You will organize the work of crew members, track maintenance, and report job status and billing. The role requires a valid FL driver license, a high school diploma or GED, and prior pressure

Qualifications

• Valid Florida driver's license and insurability per company policy.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Two years of verifiable cleaning or pressure washing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety policies and guidelines.
• Lead and supervise pressure washing crew.
• Maintain and repair pressure washing equipment.
• Coordinate logistics and schedule routes.
• Interact with customers to understand expectations.
• Promote additional pressure washing and janitorial services.
• Keep time sheets and reports of job status.
• Ensure on-site quality and compliance.
