Job description

Pressure Washing Technician – Work Outdoors, Stay Active & Earn More

Tired of being stuck inside all day? Want a job where you can work with your hands, stay active, and see instant results from your work? At Window Genie, we're looking for a Pressure Washing Technician who's ready to learn, grow, and earn based on performance-not just time on the clock.

What Makes This Job Different?

This is not your typical hourly job.

Start at $15/hour during training. Quickly move into performance-based pay once you master the skills. After training, your income is tied to your productivity - the more you produce, the more you earn.

Most of our technicians earn the equivalent of $18-$30+/hour after training.

If you're motivated, this can turn into a serious income opportunity.

We Train You to Become a Pro

No experience? No problem. We'll teach you the Window Genie Way, including:

• Pressure washing (driveways, homes, lanais & more)
• Window cleaning
• Gutter cleaning
• Holiday lighting installation
• Permanent lighting installation
• Window tinting

You’ll develop multiple in-demand skills, not just one.

What You'll Love About This Role

• Work outdoors instead of behind a desk
• Different locations every day (no boring routine)
• Physically active work that keeps you moving
• The satisfaction of transforming dirty surfaces into like-new condition
• A team that supports your growth and success

What You'll Be Doing

• Deliver high-quality pressure washing and exterior cleaning services
• Take pride in transforming customers' homes and properties
• Create a great customer experience (walkthroughs, recommendations, reviews)
• Maintain equipment and keep everything in top working condition

This Job Is NOT for You If:

• You're afraid of heights (ladders up to 20+ ft)
• You don't enjoy talking to people
• You prefer sitting indoors all day
• You're not comfortable with physically active work

Who Should Apply?

We hire for attitude and work ethic, not just experience.

• No college degree required
• No high school diploma required
• Veterans encouraged to apply
• Returning to work after a break? You're welcome here
