Job summary

HOODZ Kitchen Exhaust Cleaning and Hood Cleaning of Cherry Hill, Trenton, LBI, and Egg Harbor in Easton, MD is hiring for a Technician role. No experience is required; we provide paid, on-the-job training.

You will work night shifts, traveling to restaurant facilities within the Delmarva and Western Maryland territory. As a technician, you’ll degrease and polish exhaust systems, set up job sites, power wash using HOODZ techniques, inventory vehicles, and drive to client locations.

Qualifications

• No experience required; on-the-job training provided.
• Willing to work night shifts and travel to customer sites within territory.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in potentially hazardous environments.

Responsibilities

• Degreasing and polishing restaurant exhaust and ventilation systems from kitchen to roof.
• Set up job sites per HOODZ standards and safety rules.
• Power washing and cleaning using HOODZ methods and tools.
• Inventorying, stocking, loading, and unloading vehicles.

HOODZ is the largest and leading commercial kitchen exhaust cleaning company in our industry. We are currently hiring for our technician crew member position which does not require experience. We provide paid, on-the-job training. Our territory covers the Delmarva and Western Maryland areas.

As a Technician for HOODZ, your job responsibilities will include:

• Degreasing and polishing restaurant exhaust and ventilation systems, from the kitchen to the roof, approaching work with a safety-first mindset.
• Setting up the job sites as per HOODZ standards.
• Power washing and cleaning the HOODZ way with specialized, state-of-the-art tools and techniques.
• Inventorying, stocking, loading, and unloading vehicles.
• Satisfying, independent work with no bosses or customers to continuously deal with. We work off-hours at night in our customers' facilities. Once your training is complete, we trust our teams to perform at a professional and expert level, with little supervision.
• Driving work vehicles to clients’ facilities.
