Job summary

Window Genie is seeking a Pressure Washing Technician to work outdoors, learn a range of exterior cleaning skills, and earn based on performance. Training starts at $15/hour, with potential to move to $18–$30+/hour as you master skills.

You will perform pressure washing, window and gutter cleaning, and other exterior services across diverse locations. No experience is required; we train you to become a pro and grow with the team.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; training provided.
• Must be willing to learn multiple exterior cleaning skills.
• Must be physically active and comfortable working outdoors.
• Excellent attitude and work ethic required.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality pressure washing and exterior cleaning.
• Transform customers’ homes and properties with attention to detail.
• Create a positive customer experience and deliver walkthroughs and recommendations.
• Maintain and service cleaning equipment to keep it in top condition.
