Job summary

ClearPoint Facility Services is seeking a pressure washer to support The Charlotte Premium Outlets in Charlotte, NC. The role emphasizes safe chemical use, floor equipment operation, and timely reporting of any equipment needs or issues.

Candidates should have 1–2 years in pressure washing, be trainable, able to pass background and drug screening, and lift up to 50 pounds as required by the job. Medical benefits and PTO are included in the package.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of relevant work experience in pressure washing/hydro-blasting sidewalks and other hard surfaces.
• Entry-Level is OK but must be trainable and follow directions.
• Pass pre-employment background screening and drug test.
• Lift up to 50 pounds occasionally, bend, reach, stand and walk for prolonged periods.
